I accept paypal - preferred but also accept cash or cheque, however all items must be paid for in advance (when you order)
In case of a cancellation any Personalised items will not be refunded
due to non resaleable products
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt & refund will be given, however any personalised items I'm unable to accept & refund due to non resalable products
Collection or Post
if you live in South Yorkshire or surrounding area you can collect your items - an email will be sent out to say when ready to collect (allow up to 3 wks as I may have to order from my supplier or handmake your items)
If you want to collect fill out the form on the home page & I will refund your postage costs
Otherwise your items will be posted by royal mail or if large order it may be a courier

Wedding Post Box Hire
You first need to check availability, then if free on dates your wanting contact me, & I will either email your booking form or send it out (whichever you prefer) fill it in & send it back to me by either email or post. but to secure your booking payment must be received by either paypal, or cash/ cheque with your booking form.

Post Box Hire is for you to collect & return only
Post box hire is £30, which must be paid to secure your booking & for a 3 day booking.
If returned on date agreed & is not damaged in any way, then £10 is refunded to you.
If returned & damaged in any way then your not refunded £10 which means you've paid the full £30
If returned later than date agreed then your charged £10 extra per day until post box is returned
